The location was perfect for us to explore Santa Barbara downtown and the beach. We had four adult female friends and quite enjoyed our stay for two nights and three days. The checkin and checkout instruction was very clear and the space was clean and easy to navigate.

My first time staying with Santa Barbara and it was well worth it. A beautiful place that’s walkable to literally everything. I was able to walk to the Amtrak on a beautiful morning. The location was amazing, the place itself was beautiful and spacious. Felt very safe as well. Perfect for girls trip, couples trip, solo trip, almost anything.

Great location. The instructions were very important to be able to find the parking area and the unit since we arrived at night. No issues parking or getting into the unit. It's in an excellent location. Super clean with all the amenities we needed. Management team was very responsive. They checked on us to make sure we arrived safely and did the same for check-out. Overall a great stay in a beautiful location. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs that I have stayed it! It was a short walk from everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara. The apartment had everything we needed in a space and the hosts were great!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Airbnb in the area!

Beautiful stay from start to finish. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location and atmosphere made the trip feel really special, and the management team was responsive and welcoming throughout the entire stay. We genuinely enjoyed every second of it and would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect location for a little weekend getaway. Very close to all the main street activities, but not so close that you can hear the noise from State Street. The host was very communicative and checked in a few times during our stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully appointed. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.
